You can request deletion of data associated with your aorino account or a connected social account at any time.

How To Request Deletion

1. Email privacy@aorino.com from the email address associated with your aorino account.
2. Use the subject line: aorino data deletion request.
3. Include the team name, connected social account or platform, and the data you want deleted.

What We Delete

Depending on your request, we delete or anonymize account records, social account connection records, drafts, assets, publishing jobs, inbox records, monitoring targets, analytics snapshots, automation settings, and other product data associated with your account.

Platform Access

You can also revoke aorino access from the relevant social platform account settings. Revoking platform access prevents future platform actions but may not automatically delete historical records stored in aorino.

Retention Exceptions

Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backups, or audit integrity. When retention is required, we limit access and retain only what is necessary.

Confirmation

We will acknowledge deletion requests and provide confirmation after the request has been processed or explain why a record must be retained.
